Returns and Exchanges

Dear customers;

Returns of the purchased product are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date, accompanied by the invoice.

The product's box, packaging, and accessories must be complete and undamaged.

Returns and exchanges cannot be made for products with damaged packaging.

The requested product for return or exchange must be sent using DHL Cargo, with whom we have an agreement.

The shipping costs for the product to be returned or exchanged are the responsibility of the buyer.
